How to make entries

Please use OARA for all entries.

Entries will close at 2000 on Friday 21st September, 2007, or whenever our max limit is reached.

We try to accommodate as many entries as possible. Last year, 2006, we accepted 566 entries.

Changes for 2007

J16 sculling events are moved to Division 1.

There are no J14 events.

Divisions and Events

Wallingford Sculls is held over two divisions at 12pm and 3.30pm, with different events in each division. The single sculls results are pooled together to find the overall winner.

* Notes

1. Mixed 2x: S2 or elite only

2. Veteran Entries: If there are insufficient entries in any age class the organisers reserve the right to create a handicap event and move entries around to suit. If you do not wish to race on a handicap basis it is your responsibility to let the organisers know in advance.

3. Elite scullers wishing to race in the 12pm division who are ineligible for any other category may race as unclassified for the overall title

Entry Fees

£9 per seat.

Payable on the OARA entry system, using Worldpay. No direct cheques.

Please note that OARA does not do refunds. If you have to withdraw an entry before entries close you can offset it with another entry. Just tell us which ones are affected and we will mark the appropriate entry as paid.

If, after the event, you are still owed a refund, we will make this by cheque, less a 50p per seat administration fee to cover our Worldpay and other costs.

Cancellation

Full refund of entry fees will be made in the event of cancellation.
