The event is now full, and no longer open for entries.
Entries opened on OARA on 8th September 2009 and closed when 550 entries had been received, before the final deadline of Friday September 25th 6pm.
Now that J17 and WJ17 are recognised by the ARA we have reassigned the junior 1x events in each division to make doubling up more logical.
Due to persistent poor up-take, we no longer offer Mxd 2x.
Composite Crews: Over the past few years there has been a growing feeling in some quarters that Club level rowing within the UK has been damaged by the increase in composite crews entering club level events. Following much discussion the Wallingford Events Committee has decided that it will not accept composite entries for any events other than in Elite categories. We hope that this move will encourage club level athletes to enter our events in the knowledge that they can compete on a level playing field.
Wallingford Sculls is held over two divisions at 12pm and 3.30pm, with different events in each division. The single sculls results are pooled together to find the overall winner.
